6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD.
Data processing will continue for as long as necessary to comply with contractual and legal obligations, or as long as you do not exercise your right to delete and/or restrict the processing of your data.

- Right to object (Article 21 GDPR): “The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her (…).”
8. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
The basic regulations to be taken into account by service providers through websites are as follows:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) adapts Spanish law to the model established by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), introducing new features by developing the subject matter contained therein.
